Terms of Use
Your use of SphereneNXT is governed by the spherene AG Terms of Use. They cover the licence granted to you, acceptable use of the platform, ownership of the geometry you upload and generate, service availability, and liability.
Orders and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This is set out in section 6 of the Master Subscription Agreement, which also covers how tax is handled where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.
