Credit packs

Credit packs are bought from inside the platform and added to your balance immediately on payment. Packs are available in the following sizes:

  • 500 credits
  • 1,000 credits
  • 5,000 credits
  • 10,000 credits

The price of each pack is shown before you confirm, in your own currency, including any applicable VAT. Enterprise customers can request a quotation for larger volumes and pay by invoice against a purchase order.

Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
